Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, contract documents, and applicable building codes.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and inspectors to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage daily construction site operations and oversee all field personnel.
• Cook up and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays.
• Cook up inspections with local authorities and ensure all required permits are maintained.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to control project costs.
• Communicate project status with the Project Manager, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Afford all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Afford with project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections.

Qualifications

• Ace or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience (experience requirements may vary based on project size).
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6) is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
