Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Studying plans to ensure production meets construction specifications
• Developing skilled craft workers and laborers
• Oversight of all onsite crew and daily tracking
• Coordination with operations to ensure production goals are met
• Procurement of tools and materials
• Conferring with all levels of staff to resolve issues and improve construction methods
• Preparation of detailed progress reports and inspections

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working as a Driller
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Active Driver's license
• Experience with various heavy construction equipment
• Geotechnical experience a plus
• 30 Hour OSHA, First Aid/CPR certified and Rigging, Signaling
• Computer skills using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills needed

Safety and Quality Assurance

• Ensuring all employees are in compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements
• Supporting employees in the event of a safety incident per Keller policy
• Logging all quality nonconformance issues and working with management for resolution
• Conducting daily safety meetings with crews and discussing job hazard analysis
• Collecting and reviewing equipment inspection sheets
