About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of educators in implementing innovative teaching strategies and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
• Collaborate with teachers to improve instructional practices
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Mentor and support new teachers
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education preferred
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
