Superintendent

About the role

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process
• Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases
• Accurately submit and manage cost variances

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related construction experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required, including daytime and occasional nighttime travel)

Pay

$70,000 – $90,000 This pay range represents an average + Bonus Opportunity
