Superintendent Responsibilities

• Enforce all OSHA and best in class safety standards
• Lead all efforts in maintaining schedule
• Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent and existing conditions
• Manage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and laborers for the duration of each project
• Enforce quality and best in class workmanship
• Actively participate in client meetings
• Conduct inspections during precon and close out

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor
• Enforcement of safety best practices as well as leading weekly tailgate/tool talk, and daily safety checks
• Interior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPs
• Occupied renovations
• Scheduling and coordination skills are essential
• Maintaining multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
• Procore, MS Office proficiency

• OSHA 30 or higher certification (Preferred)

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
