Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies and develop site-specific HASPs
• Lead field operations with a strong emphasis on bridge and heavy structural construction activities
• Plan and execute work for highway structures, including bridges, retaining walls, and related components
• Collaborate with project teams on schedules, phasing plans, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and supervise crews, forepersons, and subcontractors on complex structural work
• Communicate with owners, agencies, inspectors, and union representatives
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to meet production and schedule goals
• Monitor production, costs, and progress to ensure efficiency and contract compliance
• Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise specific to bridge/structure work
• Support training and development of Forepersons and Craft Personnel
