Responsibilities
- Enforce company and OSHA safety policies and develop site-specific HASPs.
- Lead field operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with project teams on schedules, work plans, and resource needs.
- Cookordinate and supervise crews, forepersons, and daily activities.
- Communicate with owners, agencies, inspectors, and union representatives.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals.
- Monitor production, costs, and progress to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance.
- Support training and development of field personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in railroad construction or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of railroad construction techniques and industry standards.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Experience with construction project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
