Superintendent
About the role
Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
Cook up coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans and specifications.
Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and design teams.
Manage project schedules, site logistics, and workforce planning.
Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience with one or more of the following markets: Multifamily, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Office, Retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel for future project assignments.
Qualifications
Competitive salary: $100,000-$120,000, based on experience
