About the role

A top-quality commercial construction general contractor in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a field leader to join their team. They are looking for someone who is comfortable traveling to project sites throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent
• Project experience within the Commercial construction space
• Proven ability to read and interpret project blueprints
• Strong experience in project scheduling and management
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality control and safety checks
• Proven experience coordinating with subcontractors
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage project progress effectively
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and project managers
• A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential
