Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up tilt-wall projects
• Manage sitework, foundations, structural concrete, and panel erection
• Cookordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Read and execute plans, specs, and construction documents
• Drive schedule, sequencing, and overall jobsite productivity
• Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control
• Run OAC meetings and communicate with PM, subs, and owners
• Identify and solve field issues proactively

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with tilt-wall construction (required)
• Background in warehouse / distribution / industrial projects
• Ground-up construction experience (not just TI)
• Prior proven ability to run a job independently
• Solid understanding of concrete, structure, and sequencing
• 4+ years of construction experience (Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent level)
• Willingness to travel (project-based)
