Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Achieve project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain high-quality standards and supervise all trade and field personnel.
• Administer good construction safety practices.
• Maintain the job site office and close out projects.
• Show a strong, dedicated work ethic with a history of integrity.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a keen attention to detail.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Understand and comply with OSHA requirements and building codes.
• Review and interpret contract documents, solve problems, and manage labor force.
• Manage equipment budgets and monitor project costs.
• Create and execute measurable goals for the team.
• Promote job site safety and address hazards promptly.
• Document daily construction activities and take photos.
• Issue and maintain short-term schedules.
• Assist Project Engineers in developing detailed schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, though not required.
• Full computer literacy, especially proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Availability to work extended hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Pay

$105,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
