Responsibilities
- Achieve project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high-quality standards and supervise all trade and field personnel.
- Administer good construction safety practices.
- Maintain the job site office and close out projects.
- Show a strong, dedicated work ethic and operate with integrity.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Have a strong understanding of OSHA requirements and building codes.
- Understand contract documents and solve problems.
- Manage labor force for optimal performance.
- Review and manage equipment budgets.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Create and execute measurable goals for the team.
- Promote job site safety and address hazards promptly.
- Document daily construction activities, including site photos and progress.
- Issue and maintain short-term schedules.
- Assist Project Engineers in developing detailed schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Commercial construction experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, though not required.
- Full computer literacy, especially proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Availability to work additional hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with potential overtime.
- Ability to travel nationally.

$105,000 - $165,000, dependent upon experience.
