Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, located in St George, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Sunday Brunch Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities: Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seatingDescribes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions when appropriateTakes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparationFollows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as neededParticipates in pre-shift meetings and tastingsMaintains an organized workstation and completes side work dutiesAccurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS systemFollows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering ordersAdheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall guest experienceUses proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage serviceIncorporates safe work practices in job performancePerforms other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+)Fine dining experience requiredAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Service Charge Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
