About the role

Hands-on Summit / SymphonyAI platform professional responsible for platform administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support. Acts as the functional and technical SME, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the SymphonyAI Summit platform.
• Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.
• Manage workflows, dashboards, reports, and user access.
• Support integrations, data management, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams.
