Platform Solutions Consultant
About the role
The new Platform Solutions Consultant role will help both internal and external stakeholders find value in the more technically complex aspects of the Rippling Platform, including building custom applications with our no-code tools, writing complex query logic in Rippling Query Language, and designing solutions using native workflows, existing integrations, and APIs.
Our Solutions Consultants focus on revenue generation, value-driven presentations, and enabling our prospective customers to realize the value of Rippling. Experience working in a pre-sales capacity, working with a configurable low-code development platform is required. This role does not involve writing production code, but applicants should be able to understand, write, and test API calls as well as basic SQL.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
- Partner with other Solutions Consultant as an overlay expert on Rippling’s most advanced platform capabilities
- Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s Platform
- Manage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
- Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling Platform
- Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape
- Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in a modular platform, doing hands on building for POCs and demonstrations and working with APIs using Postman or similar.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 111,000 - 220,000 USD per year(US Tier 1) 97,200 - 193,500 USD per year(US Tier 2) 105,000 - 210,000 USD per year(US)
