Summit Gap Program (Fall 2026)
About the role
The Summit Gap Program at Snow Mountain Ranch is a 10-week experience for young adults aged 18-25. It aims to help participants find their place, purpose, and peace through self-discovery, service, spirituality, support, and immersion in a natural environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in meaningful seasonal work in either food service or housekeeping.
- Engage in guided reflection, mentorship, and service activities.
- Attend “Summit Days” for communal experiences and personal growth.
- Enjoy benefits such as shared rooms, meals, access to facilities, and discounted lodging.
Requirements

- Support safety and maintain a cooperative, positive atmosphere.
- Meet acceptable criminal background check standards.
Qualifications

Pay
$15.16 per hour with a deduction of $170 per week for the Rocky Mountain Living Package.
Schedule
Work 4 days a week (32 hours/week), with 2 days off per week. Participate in a “Summit Day” each week.
