FALL 2026 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

About the Program

The Internship Program will run from September 14 to November 20, 2026 (subject to change based on availability of student). This Program is designed for undergraduate college students to observe the role and responsibilities of Blessing staff, as well as gain hands-on experience with work assignments that complement the student's curriculum. Blessing will strive to provide a professional foundation for Interns to continue to build upon through their educational and professional journeys.

Each Intern will function under the direct supervision of his/her department mentor. The Intern and participating departments will receive a mid-program and final evaluation. This Program is non-benefitted and unpaid and will be used solely for college credit. Student is not covered by Blessing insurance or Workers' Compensation.

Opportunities

• Human Resources – 1 available position
  Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field. On-site only.
• Organizational Development (Leadership Development) – 1 available position
  Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field. On-site only.
• Patient Experience – 1 available position
  Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Services or any customer service or healthcare-related field. On-site only.

• Educational rotation packet (provided after submission of the application)
• Internship curriculum/outline
• Unofficial Transcript
• 2 Professional Letters of Recommendation
• Resume
• Cover letter (not mandatory)
