Fall 2026 Internship

About the Role

Stewart Talent Los Angeles is offering part-time in-person, remote, or hybrid internships that provide amazing opportunities to learn about the entertainment industry from a thriving talent agency. This internship can begin as early as mid-August, with a required commitment of at least 4 months. School credit is mandatory, and interns are expected to dedicate 12-20 hours per week. Office hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm (Pacific) Monday through Friday, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday being in-person (interns can choose in-person, remote, or hybrid) and Monday/Friday remote.

Responsibilities

• Editing self-tapes and client reels
• Emailing daily casting notices from Deadline
• Generating client submission pitches
• Updating information in internal databases
• Completing character-based script coverage
• General administrative tasks such as calendar upkeep and file organization

Requirements

• School credit required
• At least a 4-month commitment
• 12-20 hours per week
• Attention to detail
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
• Basic computer skills
• Desire to learn

Qualifications

• Remote interns need:
  • Cell phone
  • Functioning computer with reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to download software/apps/files
  • Video editing software
  • Ability to maintain LA working hours (9:00am - 7:00pm Pacific)
• In-person interns need:
  • Reliable transportation to Mid-Wilshire / Miracle Mile area
  • Reimbursement for parking at pre-determined lots
• Hybrid interns need all of the above.

Skills

• Multitasking
• Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in industry tools like Breakdown Services, InEntertainment, and IMDBPro (will be learned during internship)

• The process of client hiring, from inputting appointments to editing self-tapes and updating calendars
