About the role

The Elevate Gap Program at YMCA of the Rockies’ Estes Park Center offers a unique blend of paid seasonal employment in the hospitality industry and immersive outdoor adventures. Participants work in guest services (housekeeping/food service departments), engage in workshops to enhance leadership skills, and participate in service projects and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 32 hours per week in guest services
• Attend weekly Elevate group activity days
• Participate in workshops to learn about personal superpowers and career paths
• Engage in a multi-day group trip

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 23 years old
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Open to new opportunities and willing to take risks
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
• Enjoy being outdoors and meeting new people
