Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be energetic, fun, dynamic, patient and attentive
- Must have a passion for working with children
- Arrive early and be prepared in advance to teach the class
- Inspire a love of movement in an organized, structured, and fun manner
- Provide individual and group instruction to children
- Maintain up to date information on classes
- Must be able to carry/lift up to 50lb equipment bag
- Communicate with Program Director
- Available to work mainly evenings (3:00-8:00pm) and weekends (times can vary)
- Prior experience working in golf or tennis and with children preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation and willing to travel to get to class locations around Howard County, MD
- Pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred (will provide training if you need it by a certified instructor)

Benefits
TGA of Howard County will provide training on the curriculum and programming.
Pay Scale ($18-$20.00) per hour starting depending on qualifications.
Will provide CPR/First Aid certification if needed.
Bonus opportunities as well for working multiple camps.
