What You'll Do

• Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5-14.
• Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship.
• Create a positive and energetic learning environment.
• Manage small groups of children during after-school programs.
• Set up and pack up sports equipment.
• Communicate with program coordinators about classes.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to local school locations.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check (required by partner schools).
• Willingness to work short shifts (typically 1-3 hours per day) in the afternoons in the window of 2:30-5:30pm.
