What You'll Do

• Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5-14
• Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship
• Create a positive and energetic learning environment
• Manage small groups of children during after-school programs
• Set up and pack up sports equipment
• Communicate with program coordinators about classes

TGA Premier Sports provides school-based enrichment programs that introduce children to sports like pickleball, tennis, and golf in a fun and supportive environment. Our goal is to help kids stay active, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of sports.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to local school locations
• Comfortable working with children
• Ability to pass a background check (required by partner schools)
• Willingness to work short shifts (typically 1-3 hours per day) in the afternoons in the window of 2:30-5:30pm
