Job Description
The Continental Sales Vertical 'Outdoor Living Solution' is focused on leveraging customer success by providing vinyl pool liner and decking solutions to the market. Both product groups are designed for challenging technical and state-of-the-art aesthetic requirements. As a team, we sell products that create mutual value by bridging our customers, market opportunities, and our own production capabilities.
This project aims to enhance our reporting structure and data visibility to the next level.
- Consolidate multiple data sources, create standardized reports, and document in centralized SharePoint
- Create Power BI Dashboard facilitating regular team discussions and shaping focus
- Harmonize meeting structure including follow-ups on defined actions at the account level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned focus
- Support daily work of the sales coordination team
Learning Objectives
- Knowledge about product offering of Continental Outdoor Living Solutions
- Basic understanding of customer landscape and market mechanisms in this business field
- Supply chain basics
- Sales Data & KPI management (e.g., Forecasting, Order Management, Customer Success Management)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S.-accredited college, university, or technical school with a minimum 2.8 GPA
- Pursuing a degree in Business disciplines, or a related field of study
- Proficient in Business Software platforms (extra points if proficient in Power BI), MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
