About the role

This summer, Greyson is bringing its distinctive blend of sport, luxury, and community to Southampton. We are seeking Retail Community Specialists to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our pop-up store.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience that feels personal, authentic, and elevated
  • Build genuine relationships with customers, local residents, and seasonal visitors
  • Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, sharing the Greyson story, products, and values
  • Create memorable in-store experiences that drive community engagement and loyalty
  • Auxiliary visual merchandising and maintain the premium presentation of the pop-up space
  • Assist with special events, product launches, community activations, and brand experiences throughout the summer
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals while fostering an energetic and welcoming environment
  • Stay connected to local happenings and help position Greyson as an active part of the Southampton community

Requirements

  • Passionate about people, hospitality, fashion, sport, or luxury retail
  • Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a relationship-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced seasonal business
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal style
  • Excited to represent a premium lifestyle brand in a highly visible market
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Must be 18-years-old +

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Greyson’s brand and products

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
