Retail Associate - Part-time

About the Role

As a Retail Associate at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, you will assist guests as they shop in our boutiques, helping to create a life in balance and bring imagination, authenticity, and meaning to wellness.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store
• Assessing guests needs
• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Attaining sales goals
• Communicating about sales and promotions
• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Resort Suite – training to be provided
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use a cash register
• Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication
• Previous Retail experience preferred
• High School Education
• 1 Year Retail Experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds
• Use of ladder and stepladder
• Reaching and bending
• Standing for long periods of time
