This position involves delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services. Contributing to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and inventory management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance courteously
• Support retail success through daily task execution
• Ensure product availability
• Process shipments
• Replenish merchandise
• Set up merchandise displays
• Perform inventory procedures

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work background
• Comfort using basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
