About the role
The position involves contributing to store sales, guest loyalty, and operational success in a retail environment. Location is in Norridge.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services.
- Handling customer service needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner.
- Support tasks include ensuring product availability, executing daily operational processes like shipment and inventory management, and maintaining merchandising standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work.
- Comfort with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices is preferred.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Soft skills include excellent customer service, relationship building, problem‑solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
