About the role

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Tooele Campus Admission Specialist to encourage enrollment for the Tooele Summer Program. This is a part-time, temporary position running from Fall 2026 to Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and supporting the Tooele Campus Admissions Specialist to encourage enrollment for the Tooele Summer Program
• Maintain confidentiality of student and co-worker information
• Professional and effective communication is required and expected
• Other duties as assigned

• Current USU Tooele Student
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills or techniques
• Effective listener and communicator who can convey information verbally and in writing
• Able to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Able to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
• Productive worker with a solid work ethic who exerts effort in successfully completing tasks
• Team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers
• Cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings
