Summer Program Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize program participation data and reporting
• Collect, review, and maintain participant waivers and required program documentation
• Auxiliary with tracking participant information and maintaining organized program records
• Support data collection efforts related to program outcomes and participation
• Work with the Program Director to update training materials and program resources
• Auxiliary in reviewing and updating program curriculum and instructional materials
• Help organize educational and operational content for staff and program participants
• Support program recruitment initiatives targeting schools and youth-serving organizations
• Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails to schools, community organizations, and youth programs
• Auxiliary in maintaining outreach lists and follow-up communication
• Help promote Winter4Kids programming and mission to prospective partners and participants
• Auxiliary with special projects, events, and program coordination as needed
• Collaborate with staff across departments to support participant experience and operational success

Qualifications

• Interest in nonprofit management, education, recreation, youth development, sports management, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally with schools and organizations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or data organization tools preferred
• Passion for youth development and mission-driven work
