Summer Internship Program

Overview

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking students passionate about the beef and food manufacturing industry for a summer internship program. Interns will rotate through multiple departments, work on a project assignment, and present their results to the executive team. The program includes mentorship, community service, and team‑building activities.

Program Details

• Duration: 10–12 weeks
• Eligibility for college credit pending appropriate paperwork
• Rotational experience: each intern will spend time in each department throughout the facility
• Project assignment with a final presentation of project outcomes and cost‑savings to the executive team
• Mentorship and HR guidance throughout the internship
• Required completion of one community‑service project
• Participation in an intern dinner/team‑building activity
• Performance evaluation at the end of the program

Compensation

The internship is paid. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, without overtime unless approved.
