Summer Operations Internship

Position Overview

The RePublic Charter Schools Summer Operations & Enrollment Intern will support school-based and regional operational initiatives during the summer months in preparation for the upcoming school year. Interns will assist with enrollment and recruitment efforts, family engagement activities, operational readiness projects, and summer event support across Tennessee and Mississippi campuses.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations teams at a school site in preparation for the upcoming school year
• Aid in the creation and management of school materials
• Plan and execute summer events (parent meetings, summer school, enrollment events, staff meetings)
• Set up and execute school logistics including classroom, supplies, resources, and technology
• Collaborate with school teams in creating and distributing recruitment materials

• Reliable transportation to assigned campus locations
