Key Responsibilities
- Identify top downtime drivers by machine group or department
- Determine root causes and recommend improvement actions
- Review customer programs with complex special instructions and map current-state processes with improvement recommendations
- Support machine-level 6S improvements, including workspace organization and labeling
- Aid in productivity enhancements and maintaining organized work areas
- Conduct warehouse time studies to support new code layout planning
- Review and update wrap files for machines to improve accuracy of standards
- Identify top downtime codes and help create action plans for improvement
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in operations, manufacturing, or process improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a desire to improve systems and processes
