About the Program
Join the NVEF Summer Mentor Programs for a 7-week hands-on experience providing real-world skills in Napa’s key industries. Open to all Napa County students aged 16 and up, including at-risk youth and students with special needs. Participants will learn from top leaders in the Napa Valley while earning money and gaining valuable experience.

Fields of Opportunity
The NVEF also partners to provide the Fields of Opportunity program, connecting high school students with local wine industry mentors to explore careers in winemaking, tasting rooms, and viticulture.
