Summer Member Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly hello.
• Show off excellent guest service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Aid in visitor inquiries, check-in guests, and provide facility and program information.
• Build lasting relationships with regulars through handwritten thank-you notes and personalized follow-ups.
• Identify and address emergencies and incidents following appropriate procedures.
• Collaborate with the Member Experience Director on projects and identify areas of need.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for memorable and helpful interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong executive functioning skills including multitasking and prioritization with attention to detail.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• A willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
