Summer Internship - Technical Content Analytics

Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts has an exciting Technical Content Author summer internship opening in our PACCAR Parts Campus (Renton, WA). The selected candidate will work directly with our Service Content and Content Excellence teams, gaining exposure and experience in technical writing, aftersales content management/lifecycle tools, authoring project management, publication and general content strategy. The intern will perform a combination of the following functions: Utilize Smartsheet and publication platforms to support team analytics and reportingCreating and updating dashboards used throughout the PACCAR Parts Technical Publication groupLeverage AI to improve workflows and reduce time involved with current reporting structureProvide support for ad hoc projects focused on data analysis and system optimizationSupport project management efforts and reporting for ongoing projectsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Relevant coursework in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas of studyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsSelf-starter and resourcefulTeam-oriented and able to work well in groupsFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Tableau, SQL or Python is a plus.Ability to handle multiple prioritiesExceptional professionalism This internship is for students currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree data analytics, computer science, engineering, or other closely related disciplines; junior or senior standing preferred.
