- 10–12 week paid summer internship, 40 hours per week (no overtime unless approved)
- Open to students passionate about beef and food manufacturing
- Departments hiring: Operations, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Accounting, and Sales
- Interns rotate through each department and complete a project assignment
- Final project and cost savings presented to the executive team
- Each intern receives HR guidance and a mentor
- One community service project required
- Intern dinner / team‑building activity included
- Eligible for college credits with appropriate paperwork
- End‑of‑program evaluation and performance review
