Summer Help Production - 1st

Description

Smurfit Westrock is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions. Located at 320 Parker Street, Springfield, MA 01129, we are seeking a Summer Help to join our production team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.53 and includes 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• Experience with high-speed, high-volume work
• Manufacturing experience or similar experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and handle powered equipment
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours a day, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, reaching, and kneeling
• Ability to work daily overtime, weekends, and various shifts as needed
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read a tape measure
