Summer Manufacturing Help

About the role

The Summer Manufacturing Helper is a seasonal position that supports production operations at AGI Hi Roller. AGI Hi Roller manufactures a line of premier commercial enclosed, dust-tight and self-reloading conveyors, designed for installation in various industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
• Load and unload materials and finished goods
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Support team members and supervisors with daily production tasks
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations such as wearing required PPE, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs and gloves
• Follow all SOP’s and SWI’s required for the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school/college (preferred)
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and maneuver 55 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
