Summer Camp Director – Mission Viejo, CA | Angels Baseball & Softball Camps

About the role

The Summer Camp Director leads all daily camp activities and staff performance, implements the Angels Baseball Camps curriculum, maintains a structured and safe environment for campers ages 4–13, mentors and evaluates coaches and instructors, communicates with families and regional leadership, manages scheduling, equipment, and site logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth programs or sports camps
• Baseball/softball coaching or playing background (high school level or higher preferred)
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Highly dependable with strong professional presence

Commitment

6-week summer season (July 6 – August 14, 2026), Monday–Friday, approximately 8 hours per day

Compensation

$1,360–$1,500 per week
