Summer Camp Counselor | Elite Brookfield

About the role

Elite Sports Clubs is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals aged 16 and up to join their team as Camp Crew Team Members. This is a paid seasonal position where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting camp counselors and creating unforgettable memories for campers.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors in leading games, sports, arts and crafts, and other camp activities
• Help plan and set up engaging, age-appropriate experiences that promote creativity and teamwork
• Monitor campers and ensure a safe and positive experience for all
• Encourage and support campers in building confidence and friendships
• Assist with setup and cleanup of camp spaces and materials
• Communicate observations and feedback to counselors and staff
• Be a positive role model, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism

Requirements

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience in camp, educational, or recreational settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (training available onsite)
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
