About the role

Vogel Law Firm is seeking summer associates for the summer of 2027. Applications are open to second-year law students and first-year students whose first-semester transcripts are available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various practice areas including civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, health care law, education law, employment and labor law, bankruptcy, government affairs, real estate, business/corporate practice, environmental law, water law, land use, oil, gas, wind and energy law, and estate planning.
• Work on assigned projects under the supervision of Vogel’s attorneys.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss projects and share experiences.
• Observe and participate in firm activities such as trials, depositions, motion hearings, client meetings, mediations, and social events like lunches, trips, and sports activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent legal research and writing skills and strong academic credentials.
