What You’ll Be Doing

Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support communication, social skills, and daily living goals
Use reinforcement, prompting, and de-escalation strategies
Collect and track simple data
Participate in structured summer activities and programming
