Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern

Positions are located in Reno (89502), Sparks (89434), and Carson City (89701).

About the role

For university/college students, this paid internship offers real-world professional experience that builds valuable business and leadership skills. As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll take on the same challenges as first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, learning what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Use learned skills to handle daily, varied, and often unexpected business opportunities.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must commit to working 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, starting Monday, June 7th.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related incidents (e.g., DUI, DWI) within the last 5 years.

Pay

$20 per hour.
