Summer 2027 Internship: Oracle Functional Business Analyst

About the role

Inspiring and driving the next generation of leaders, QTS Data Centers is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented candidate to intern as an Oracle Functional Business Analyst. This role supports our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and customers, focusing on analyzing and documenting business processes across Finance and Supply Chain domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and document cross-functional process mapping.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and process flows.
• Analyze and compare Oracle Fusion configuration to ensure consistency across environments, inventory organizations, and locations.
• Support testing activities including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, and data migration efforts.
• Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing processes.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Skills

• Understanding of business process and optimization methodologies.
• Understanding in one or more business functions (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Understanding of ERP and / or accounting applications, business process, and change management.
