About the role

We are looking for motivated students with strong analytical and communication skills to join Algovant as Business Analyst Interns. This internship is ideal for those who are interested in understanding how financial and operational data can inform product development and strategic decisions in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering teams to define business requirements
• Analyze client workflows and document system use cases
• Support product-market alignment and competitive research
• Help design data reports, KPIs, and product feedback loops
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate feature delivery and timelines
• Translate business needs into technical documentation

Requirements

Education & Skills

• Are pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Have strong written communication and organizational skills
• Enjoy translating business needs into technical documentation

Technical Experience

• Are comfortable working with data in Excel, SQL, or dashboarding tools
• Are interested in fintech products and enterprise software workflows
• Have an analytical mindset and attention to detail
