Responsibilities

• Contribute to improving how teams collaborate, align priorities, and partner across the organization.
• Apply analytical, critical‑thinking, communication, and relationship‑building skills to real business challenges.
• Gain exposure to multiple teams and roles across Strategic Alignment & Insights and Agency Channel Performance.
• Conduct discovery to understand how programs, subprograms, and workstreams collaborate with one another and with business partners.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Identify trends, friction points, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Learn how strategic priorities are translated into coordinated action.
• Help turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to an executive‑ready assessment designed to help teams strengthen partnerships, work more effectively together, and make the best use of their time and resources.

Qualifications

• Current Junior or Senior college student.
• Undergraduate major in Business Strategy, Strategic/Organizational Communication
