Sequoia Services is seeking motivated students or recent graduates to join as Field Engineers, providing hands-on experience in heavy civil construction with a clear path to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and superintendents on large‑scale construction projects across the Southeast and Southwest.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Students or graduates in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
