Summer 2027 Internship
About the role
Camillo Companies, one of the largest privately held real estate development and construction firms in Texas, offers a competitive internship program across various disciplines. The twelve‑week paid internship (Summer cohort, May 17 – August 6, 2027) provides practical work experience, professional development, and exposure to the rapidly growing real estate industry. Interns work closely with a Department Lead on hands‑on projects and daily tasks, gaining real‑world contributions that help build resumes while completing undergraduate or graduate studies. The program emphasizes communication, leadership, and professional skill development within a dynamic organization, and includes networking events, company culture get‑togethers, lunch‑and‑learn sessions with C‑suite leaders, resume and interview workshops, presentation training, and a final business development project presentation. Interns also receive support from a People and Culture Intern Advisor and have opportunities to give back to the communities served.
