About the role

This position plays a critical role in supporting the academic mission of Touro University. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing student success through innovative teaching methods and support services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that foster student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with faculty members to integrate technology and best practices in education.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to student progress and performance.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
