Summer 2026 Camp Instructor

About the role

Train through the curriculum and learn it.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and safe environment for students to grow.
• Work with children to determine their skill sets.
• Provide feedback to parents after working with a student on a tour.
• Follow opening and closing duties daily.
• Clean the dojo throughout the day to maintain corporate standards.
• Report weekly to the Center Assistant Manager on progress.
• Report daily to the Center Manager regarding the day's activities and productivity in the dojo.

Requirements

• Working history with children aged 5 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring).
• Experience working with the general public.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or child care.
• Works well with others; collaborates effectively.
• Knowledgeable about coding and technology; or able to quickly grasp basic concepts.
• Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently.

Summer Sensei

• Must be able to work several weeks during the summer, from Monday through Friday from 8:15am - 3:15pm.
• To work a camp, you must commit to the whole week.
